Pork Ribs ...

... this was more like what we were expecting at Bon Appetit Café last week - big, meaty, and juicy pork ribs. A bit tough, but still delicious, even though they were a bit salty. Our only complaint is that at the end of the meal, all the salt from the steak and ribs became a bit too much, so we ended up ordering some more pineapple smoothies - a good thing, as it turned out.
