House Salad ...

... filling and delicious with avocado, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, ham, and hard-boiled eggs - nice and light with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, with a nice fresh flavor imparted by the sprouts, but the inclusion of processed cheese threw us for a loop. Costa Rican menus call it "yellow cheese", so after this we learned to avoid it all together. Some nicely rubbery Costa Rican white cheese was also included, and it would have been far better if they had placed a few more chunks of that atop the salad, instead of the shreds of yellow cheese.
