Rib-Eye ...

... a little different than a rib-eye you would find in Canada, but delicious, nonetheless. Tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, whatever seasoning they put on this was fantastic, and it had a brilliant crust. The entire restaurant was filled with the beautiful aroma of either wood or charcoal, and that translated into some pretty killer grillled meat flavours.
