... a delightfully acidic tomato purée studded with crisp strips of fried tortilla, cubes of queso fresco, and even more bits of buttery and smooth avocado. If only the soup had been served with some of the awesome little buns that were brought out with the mains - not chewy like I normally like, but so awesomely soft and warm.
