... stuffed with smoked salmon and avocado, and smothered in a light cream sauce. Quite good, and the inclusion of avocado ripened in its country of origin all but guarantees to kick things up a notch in the flavour department. The funny thing was that the salmon wasn't really even noticeable in the dish.
