Hot Spring Yoga

It took me four decades to finally be able to do this asana - utthita hasta padangusthasana - as it is known in the Ashtanga Yoga community. Now I delight in trying it in the most unexpected places. Some people practice "hot yoga". I, apparently, prefer "hot springs yoga". And yes, the water was hot - "feet only submersible" kind of hot.
