Beef hanger steak, preserved shallots, peas and potatoes, a mustard
sauce
Played it safe for the main course with beef. The sauce was amazing. I think the little round things were mini fried potatoes-delish. I even tried the shredded peas, but mainly left those for Dot. I even cut up the sautéed onion and ate it with my steak. The flavors were great together.
