Geo: 43.2126, 2.3561Our first experience with a Michelon Star Restaurant. I am now in a food coma. La Barbacane in Carcassonne, France. We were a little nervous about going to such a fancy place even in a tourist town, so we made a reservation for lunch at 1:30 pm instead of dinner.
