Quail legs on kanafeh, local white asparagus veloute, lemon and fresh herbals
Very strange but good. I asked the waiter if I was supposed pick up the legs and eat them, and he said to feel at home and eat them however i liked. They were so tender I didn't need to. The meat fell off the bone. Didn't love the white saucy stuff, but it blended well with the rest.
