The metro here seems to be super efficient and a far cry from our sleepy rail system back home - I don't think we've yet had to wait more than three minutes for a train. We walk along Las Ramblas which has a central footpath with traffic lanes on either side of it. The footpath is where all the action is - street performers, cafes and artists.
