Onze reisleider, gids en chauffeur is Bruce, een geboren Zuid-Afrikaan die zijn geboorteland op 14-jarige leeftijd heeft verlaten en inmiddels al ruim 30 jaar in de VS woont. Hij spreekt nog een heel klein beetje Afrikaans wat hem helpt om af en toe wat uitleg in (semi-)Nederlands te geven voor de 3-4 mensen in onze groep die weinig tot geen Engels spreken, maar dat gaat hem zeer moeizaam af.
