Tuesday - Day 12
September 13th 2022 It’s amazing how the time is rapidly passing. Just about 3.5 days and 7 training sessions left this week. Skipped breakfast because I was so sore. Not sure if it was the weighted jumprope or the more aggressive sparring from yesterday, but my legs feel like I have cement shoes on.
