Did I mention that while we were eating a huge rat raced across the sidewalk? I thought it was a cat at first until I saw it come back. The guide said not to worry, it’s only looking for scraps on the ground

It’s amazing how the time is rapidly passing. Just about 3.5 days and 7 training sessions left this week. Skipped breakfast because I was so sore. Not sure if it was the weighted jumprope or the more aggressive sparring from yesterday, but my legs feel like I have cement shoes on.
