I made it to Alice Springs, just! Would you believe we got stuck in a flash storm in the middle of the outback in between William Creek (population 3) and Coober Pedy 300km away. We got stuck in the mud and had to spent a night sleeping on the bus before being rescued by the emergency services 11 hours later!
