So today is our last day in Sydney. Been so awesome being here!! We both love this city a lot. We are heading down to Canberra tomorrow on a bus and are staying there for one night then up to the hill for the season Yay!!! Will be nice to be in one place for longer than 3 or 4 days. We've been mostly just chillin since our last blog entry. I hurt my foot (my own fault really - walking mega distances in my bloody flip flops) so just been trying to take it easy....feeling mostly better now though. Yesterday we stumbled on this square about a 10 min walk from our hotel with free wireless and it's so so so much faster than the McD's connections we've been using! This ones a bit of a time traveller. Because I didn't get round to publishing this before Debbie's last blog entry its out of sync a bit. My parents are here! Well, they aren't because they're been here and gone home again. This year is just tearing past. After 7 months (which seemed like 36 hours for us) and 36 hours (which seemed like 7 months for them) my parents arrived. I did try to snap them coming into the arrivals hall, but got too excited so the pics were a bit blurry and don't look like much of anything. Mind you no-one looks like much of anything after that much sleep deprivation. Playtime's over and its time to embrace reality again. We're back in Sydney and we need to buy a car, find somewhere to live and get a job. Easy. We haven't broken any state road laws (except all the ones regarding speed, proper indicating, a couple of red lights and marsupial avoidance) so theres nothing to stop us buying a car. We haven't broken any of the previous car rental rules (except all the ones regarding off-roading, state road laws (see above), damage, and marsupial avoidance) so theres nothing to stop us renting another car so we can get to people who want to sell us a car.
