It's hard to believe that next month I will be in Europe, all on my own with a backpack traveling around having the chance of a lifetime. I'm nervous of course, afraid I'll be homesick or things will be different once I get back. But definitely hopeful. I hope the month of studying gives me the opportunity to greatly improve my skills in Spanish, since I'll be able to be fully submerged. Rachel and I will be traveling buddies through it all! We bought our main plane tickets a week ago, but still have a set to buy that will get us from Rome to Athens, and then Athens to Amsterdam, so we can fly home. Then there's the train tickets we need. It sucks having to predict ahead of time how many days I think
