Day 1 or our Road Trip

First day of our Road Trip, we geocached on the way down, but only stopped to do 4 caches. Las Vegas is about 86 degrees, it seems hot after being about 60 degrees up north. We went to a buffet at The Orleans, Rylan ate too much and was very unhappy with his stomach as we walked up the Las Vegas strip. We went to the M&M store, but of course we wanted it all! The tour movie was closed for renovation, that was a big bummer, kids were sad. But we got souvenirs and the new M&M pretzels M&M's, they are awsome!

Then we walked the strip some more as it was getting dark and the kids were educated on what comes out after dark, which they found out why Vegas is referred to as Sin City.

We then went to the Eiffel Tower and went up to the top, which was very peaceful and had a cool breeze blowing. We watched the water show at the Beligo Hotel from the top of the Eiffel Tower, it was fantastic. We decided to take a taxi back to the motel, as we felt it was too dangerous to walk back at night 2 miles over to the other side of the interstate.

We came back to our room, it was hotter inside than outside, and found out the airconditioning had frozen up and so we were moved to a different room... and so the adventures begin!
