Greetings from Missouri! This is our first blog entry so we should start with the basics. Here is our team picture, Jesse, Brock, Cindy, and Sarah; the handsome guy in the middle is our team leader, Gordon. You will be able to read more about Gordon and his gregarious group below, but first we want to say hello to anyone reading this in New Zealand, our future destination. So where is Missouri, you ask? We are located in the geographic center of the States, where east meets west, urban blends with rural, and barbecue is an art, not a meal.
