Honolulu..... R & R......

Had to wake at 5.00am, oh not well had around four hours sleep. Feeling really ill, but got up & packed bags again & caught a flight out of San Fran to Honlulu around 9.00am. The flight took 5 hours, it went quite quick which was good considering the way I was feeling. Arrived at lunchtime, yea it was hot, very hot, sunshine & blue skies. This is going to be great to get a suntan in the middle of our winter. We were staying at the Hyatt in Waikiki Beach Resort. This was a 5 star resort with all the perks, what a fantastic room we had & a balcony overlooking the beachfront. No need to go anywhere but to the poolside. Becc & I got inot our bathers & headed straight to the pool. We spent all afternoon by the pool, eating, drinking cocktails, relaxing, resting, sunbaking & swimming. I so could come back here for more than two days. We met some lovely Melbourne girls, Leah & Browyn, I stayed with them for a while drinking cocktails & swapping travel & life stories. They were great fun, I have their contact details so would love to catch up with them when I go to Melbourne next. Arrived up to the room slightly sunburnt, had a hot shower & ordered room service. Sat on the balcony & ate tea with Becc & Will. Great place to re-vitalise yourself before heading back to Australia. What will tomorrow bring .....more poolside resting I think is in order.....
