Today was fun (for me, not for Jon)

I wanted to go to a couple of festivals in Denver. One was a chalk art festival, where Denver based artists draw art using chalk on the pavement of downtown. There were about 100 artists and some of the work was amazing. We took Churchy and spent about an hour and a half wondering around Larimer Square - Jon was more interested in the food stands than the art and Churchy was more interested in barking at everything and everyone.

We then walked to the Civic Centre Park, where the Capitol Hill's people's Fair was on. This is the biggest festival in Denver and is basically a mixture of live music and hundreds of stalls selling local food, wine and services.

Jon managed to eat 3 hot dogs, a massive corn on the cob, some chocolate covered pretzels and fit a beer in while we wondered around.

It was 84 degrees today although it didnt feel it to me. We spent 5 hours walking around and I know the dog is feeling it!

We may go to a water park tomorrow as the weather is going to be 90 tomorrow!
