Cool rock formation
Still on the way into the park. Today I decided to try one of the hikes above
Red Rocks Amphitheater on Denver's West side, and take some photos while I was up there. It was a fairly clear day, and probably around 65 degrees and breezy at the top, but the breeze on the way up helped me cool off from the steep hike. I don't think I would recommend this hike simply due to how steep it is, and how often there are lots of small loose rocks on the trail.
The way up wasn't too bad other than just steep. On the way down though, you had to be careful each step as those loose stones would give out from under your feet all the time. Good views on the way up and at the top though.
