HI DownTown San Diego - The best hostel!Temp: 35°C
Day 16 was earlyish, got up at 7:30, had the shower, made the pancake aand made our way down to the station. We were originally gonna catch the 10:50am train to LA but made it in time for the 9:30 so got that instead. We made friends with a brother/sister from our hostel tat caught the same train. They were from Brazil, Antonio and Emily, lovely people. They are staying just down the road from us at another hosteel. Enough of that, onto LA.
Hollywood - what can i say?! its very full on! very rush rush on Hollywood blvd where we area staying. Its a hostel right opposite the Kodak Theatre so great location. We dumped our luggage and made our way out for a general look around and to get some lunch. we found a place in highland shops (nxt to kodak theater) called Johnny Rockets. Its like a classic American Diner that u see in the movies. Greattttttt food. I had a chicken Club Sandwich (an attempt at eating healthy!) After this we got our pics with some of the look-a-likes on the street and made our way to the station to meet up with

HI DownTown San Diego - The best hostel! Carl (from my contiki that starts in a few day). We walked down to sunset blvd to catch the bus out to dodger stadium to watch the Dodgers take on Houston Astros. To be honest, i didnt really know what was going on but the idea was to go, see and leave and thats what we did. We got out souvies (yes, got a foam hand!) stayed a while got some pics and left. We got the tickets really cheap anyway. We made our way back to the hostel (by this time is was about 9:30pm) so we decided to stay out and explore the stars a lil bit, took some pics and went into maccas. I got 4 chicken nuggets for $1 and 2 apple pies for $1 (of which i gave one to karen, no i didnt eat them both!).
Found out i stiill have free wireless here (wooooo!) so blogs will stay updated a lil longer! Im off to sleep as a big day at Universal Studios tomorrow and its already after 1am!

HI DownTown San Diego - The best hostel! much when it happened but yes, still abit. Oh and while we were there at that time of night there was a guy there that had just been arrested coz next to the star he was selling pirated MJ cds and DVDs haha

So what was the score at the baseball game? Didn't manage to catch a ball did ya? Forgot to watch it on Foxtel. Did you get good seats or did you even stay long enough to sit in them : )
