Rivadiso river with medieval stone bridge on the right. Albergue grounds were just by the river were all pilgrims sat out in the sun. Then we watched the local cattle come through the river almost coming upon us all while we watched in fastination as they made their way home between the bridge and the albergue.

Pedruzco to Santiago - Monte del Gozo Monument. It was the ancient hill that pilgrims could see the first glimpses of the Cathedral, now it is dificult to see anything due to the tree growth and city sprawl
