It's not officially a holiday until someone gets sunburnt. Thanks to the open-top bus we are now both glowing bright red ... no, we will never learn.

Antoni Gaudi's masterpiece. Construction began in 1882 and is expected to be completed in 2020. The church will have 18 towers and many tourists will have sore necks from gawking at the spectacle.

Futbol Club Barcelona!!! The FCB megastore covers 2,000 m2. We missed seeing FCB play Bocca Junior in a friendly after we went to purchase tickets for the game and were told the game was played the previous day. The lesson here ... don't trust everything the shuttle driver tells you - check it on google!!
