Do all people have equality in this country? If yes, what laws promote equality here? If no, what type of discrimination exists?

Women surpass Men in Rome. Companies have actually noticed that they do better when
a women is in charge. In the last years women have taken most of all the positions of power. However in Italy, jobs where women predominate rarely have a women make it to the top. This problem exists throughout the entire Italian system. In order for this to change alternations would have to be made in the economy and political agenda.

I believe that Italy is very unfair. It is not fair that women can't make it to top positions in jobs due to the way the economy is set up. Women are probably very upset about this. In order for Italy to be fair women should be allowed to major in any job of their choice. It would make most sense for these positions to be filled by women who are very good at doing this job.
