What is Columbia's position on same sex marriage?

http://www.buzzfeed.com/lesterfeder/same-sex-couple-wins-legal-challenge-to-their-marriage-in-co

In Columbia many same-sex married couples are being taken to court. They are being taken to court because the country believes that their marriage should be annulled, which means to declare invalid. In Colombia there is an organization to fight against same sex marriage in the country. It is called Fundacion Marido y Mujer, which literally means husband and wife marriage. On October 2, 2013 a same-sex marriage was actually annulled. Many cases like this have began in June of this year.

I can infer that in Colombia the laws are unfair. People can not be themselves fully under the law. Same-sex couples have to be very careful when getting married; otherwise, they will be taken to court and can have their marriage annulled. This is very unfair in my opinion. Why allow them to get married in the first place if they are going to be taken to court in the end anyway? It makes absolutely no sense at all.
