We had a bit of trouble with the internet so we now have found a place we can do a bit of writing to tell you guys what we have done so far. From Etten leur we drove down to Rouen where we stayed two days to see the place of Joan of Arc's martyrdom. We actually saw the place where she was burned in the middle of town in 1431. The timber framed houses dating from the 15th century still occupied. Next stop the Loire valley with all it's beautiful chateaux. To describe every chateaux would be to long, but the amazing thing of all of them is the ages and grandeur. We stayed in a bed and breakfast in a little village called Onzaine.
