An early start Saturday morning - 7:30am. Why? We were on our way to a vide-grenier (garage sale) at Gergy before having lunch at Chalon-sur-Saône. Neville drove a scenic route, which was beautiful, sojourning through quaint villages. Look, Madame! A brocante! Where? Stop! Funny story Jan but the trip wasn't wasted with such wonderful scenery! Poor Madame Smith, .....at least she found some treasures! So glad you are all safe and sound, terrible news from Nice.

Keep the 20th August free
Hi Jan, I'm following your blog and it looks like you're having a wonderful time! I've been holding off saying anything but I can't help it anymore and this is the only way I know how to contact you.
