Great blogging I enjoyed your blogs. I was searching for Alaska blogs--a friend and I are going there soon--and found yours. I got involved in your trip and read more than Alaska. You're right, travel is addictive. Guess that's why it's called the travel bug. Thanks for sharing all your good photos and comments.
H.K. memories What memories came flooding back seeing H.K. Many new buildings but still could recorgnize places and names. And of course the birth place of Nick, (Nicholas) Thanks for that!
You'll be safely home by now, I should think?
Regards, your sister Charlotte
Around the world Well it will be 59 days by the time we get home. And presumably I'll find it hard not reporting on what we are doing once we get back!!! When's your next trip to Oz? Love to all the Everson-James family. M xx
G'day Ben & Cathy Can't wait to see you both when you are in Sydney - I'll contact you once we get home so we can organise it. I hope we've not forgotten how to cook - but we'll manage I'm sure!! M xx
Around the world in how many days? Hi Michelle and Kevin
I've really enjoyed reading your blogs and seeing your great pics. You'll be able to make a great album from what you've posted. How many days were you travelling?

That seemed like a whirlwind run through Italy but you took plenty of photos. You weren't able to get a blessing from the Pope because he was in Sydney. Not only the genitalia removed from the male statues but most of the old buildings renamed after various Popes. And now its almost at an end - see you soon.

gday Hello to both of you! Looks like you have been having a good trip lately. I haven't kept too much on what you two have been up to but Ross keeps informing of you of where you have been and I have been looking at random pictures from time to time.
Anyway Ross said it was OK for us two to have dinner with you both when we get to Sydney! That's very nice of you... we are finally in Australia after living more than two years elsewhere, are in Melbourne now but am off to Sydney in a few days, then back to Sydney for a couple weeks at around Aug 17 or so.
Anyway hope we haven't blabbered on too much... take care, cya later.
Dear Kev and Michelle,
Have been following your trip, did not realise you were going to be away so long. Wow, what a trip you guys have had, some great stories on your site.We are in Malmo, Sweden at Troy and his new Brides house, they are in Croatia on a honeymoon. We are off to Berlin tonight. Troys Wedding went well, Melanie and Peter are sitting in HK airport at this time getting ready to return to Aus. Carissa went back home last weekend.
Best Regards and will catch up in Aus on our return.
Col and Ellen
You two look very fit, healthy and happy in the photos - a good effort after so long on the road and the gargantuan effort of all these blogs - not long now till you are home again - where has the time gone! Looking forward to seeing you both. Margot x
Running out of steam Definatley winding down Sean. I thought after posting that last blog that I was sounding rather cynical. Agree David is great - just wonder why there has to be so many copies - I must be getting a bit jaded!! Missing you, all other friends and family!!! M xx
PS you can keep the moon!
The Honeymooners Do you want to go to the moon Alice
Michelle did I see some slight indication that you might be running out of steam - you two have kept up a ferocious pace that even Cadel Evans in the Tour De France would be envious of - the statue of David in the Accademia is spectacular.

Jackie Gleeson To the honeymooners - once a knight is enough - in madrid
Not a toy boy from Geneva for Michelle - and elvis has just left the room
Lake Como brought back memories - did you get a chance to take the ferry on the lake to Bellagio
and Venice - getting lost is half the fun - did San Marco square flood while you were there
Love the blog and the photos - don't know how you keep up
Sean
I was just about to send a query as well Michelle. See what happens when you set a precedent with all those blogs. Como is just a dream isn't it - you can hire that house and we can all come over. Margot x
Pauline They're be an exam when I get back!! Just kidding!! - but we are going to have the usual suspects over for a BBQ as soon as the dust settles. You're one of them - but lucky for you we aren't actually bbqing the suspects themselves !!! M xx
Very funny!! What great pics...again! I spat my breakfast out with laughter when I saw Kev's Iced coffee...I can imagine his look and reaction...brilliant!
We started travelblogging in 2008 when, with the parenting responsibilities of six children long-gone, we (Michelle & Kevin) left home for a three months adventure during which time we spent some of the kids inheritance! Having always loved traveling, prior to our three months away six weeks has been the longest period we've been overseas and that was mostly with kids in tow. Now officially retired (well sort of) I think we'll be taking up this traveling lark with a vengeance! ... full info
