Never enough of London
London is one of those cities we never tire of. So much to do, so much to see and so little time. Glad you are doing all the things you want to do.

London
Oh yes, London is definitely a very nice city. The are so many different parts of this city, it is big but not too big and really beautiful, especially at night. There is something for everyone. But the most amazing part for us this time was definitely the food and coffee shops. Maybe one day, we will meet again - in London ;-).

A city on the rise
We love off season travel. Sounds like you had a good visit. Glad to see the explorations continue.

Off season travel
Oh yes, off season travel is often really worth it. We enjoyed our time in the UK although it was cold. Probably no long distance trips this year - but we have planned some shorter trips around Europe.

On the road
Always good to read your stories from the road. You do seem to love your time in India. Keep those blogs coming.

clean....
yes, this bus was very clean - it was a private chartered one for the group. We have never encountered a public bus like this ;-)

Still without luggage
Creatively finding solutions to problems. Hope the luggage shows up.

A love hate relationship
India has many faces, some you embrace, some you shun. India is charming and wins you over in an odd way. And the luggage?

Luggage - a never ending story
So far in our trip, there was no sign of the luggage. No-one answered the phone (we had 3 numbers to try in the end). So we finally ended up writing emails every few hours to the luggage department, the Delhi airport office of Aeroflot and even to Moscow. And we waited patiently. The result..... - in the next blog ;-)

KL
We love KL and have been there twice. This part of the world is a vegans dream! So many choices so many flavors. Looks like the good times continue.

KL
Oh yes, it is perfect for vegans, vegetarians or any kind of food. And mainly, it is safe food! Yes, the good times continued. But that was the end of this trip unfortunately. Hope, on the next trip, our luck continues. It will be India again quite soon.... Happy travels to you, too! Looks like you have some amazing things planned!

brothers in the Sri Renganathar Temple in Kajang

Happy Birthday, Markus!
How great--a darshan, a personal birthday blessing from your spiritual master, a rooftop terrace with jets overhead and then one of those fantatsic thali dinners--plus, all on your honeymoon with your beloved Nina. You two really did a lot of wonderful things in your nine days--happy birthday and honeymoon!

Sometimes going back can be a very good experience. Clearly the trip was too short. Hopefully in the future you can add additional time to these adventures.

Enlightening
I enjoy reading of your journey...traveling in the physical and the spiritual. Each of us have a path to follow...but not all get up and do so. Thank you for sharing.

travelling = being in search of something
That is true. We all have a path to walk. Ins't it that all travellers are looking for something, no matter ifon the outside or inside? We are happy you enjoyed the blog. Thanks!

Singapore: not your average Asian city
Dave here.....sounds like overall, it was a very good trip. We are pleased that your Spiritual Master was there as well! In 2007, Singapore was our very first stop when we began our travels around the world. We understand what you are saying, but found it a great way to "ease" into Asian culture, where we would spend the next three months. Cheers!

True
Yes, that is true. Singapore ist a great starting point for an asian adventure - or a great break in between. Like "Asia light". It is just better not to expect a "true asian experience" (whatever this is for each person) when coming there.... Anyway, it is always best to try not to expect anything. ;-)
