JIT Supermarket Staying in Juba is challenging but its made trouble-free by JIT Supermarket, it has everything any tom, dick or harry would want--from water to wine, electric plugs to power generators. I stay in Nairobi and went for business to Juba, but JIT did not make me feel like i am missing anything as they advetise 'everything under one roof' and it almost does.

duat as a hedge I remember this documentary, perhaps in Discovery Channel, where an outsider like you arrives to a village somewhere deep inside Africa and, when departing with the tribe leaders, he is asked how many cows he's got. As most of us westeners would answer, he said none. From then on he was treated with particular simpathy, since he was considered poor to the extreme of owning no cows at all.
I just let it out with the explanation about having kids. Textbook moral hazard situation. The deal for any father in law, in case of payment in tranches, should be to make the duat increase with the size of the family, at least for some years. In the regular case of payment in t=0, he should get an up-front value proportional to son in law's early estimations of family size. Then the hedging nature of the duat holds in time.
Simply great you are wandering around those places, where deep contrasts let us learn so much about ourselves.
un abrazo compadre
Ah, Juba! I enjoyed this one as I've been stranded in Juba too. I was down there on work from my home base in Cairo, was booked on a flight back to Cairo but got gazumped by a bigwig from the UN. Juba airport is not somewhere you want to be stranded for any length of time, not quite Changi in terms of facilities!
As a matter of fact, there are no laws that govern picture taking with Buddha. Thais only expect common sense from tourists. Just get properly dressed (no naked bodies or no bikinis), do not climb onto Buddha, avoid acts of insult and ridicule. Do exactly what you would do if you are going to take a picture with Pope. That is all.
Hola Mariooooo!!!

He dicho.
