Glad your both still having a good time.Pictures are great!
Volleyball magic Claire and Marc,
following your reports with interest, hope you can put up some photos of the Gisborne Rotorua section. We were in NZ in November visiting our son in Wellington, visited Napier, Gisborne, Rotorua, and on up to Cape Reinga via ninety mile beach, Russel and Mangonui. Go to Mangonui fish shop to eat, it`s great!
Pat.

you don't know me Hi you two. stumbled on your log after receiving text from my brother at top of tower at Kuala Lumpar, so went on net to investigate. have read your logs; thanks, great. I worked on a liner circling the world back in 1974, went Australia/New Zealand etc. The internet makes it a very small world now. Happy Nerw Year. Cheers.

Bet you realy wanted to be at the Brudey Soc.......... 'Because that's where the HP glitterati (by that I mean us, in case you were confused) spent the evening. It was great. There were not enough tickets, bad karoake, some random girls arse that Elliot and Dave had trouble not talking about, a band that I was too drunk to watch, and Kieran, Rob and Steve dancing very enthusiastically to "Together in Electric Dreams" at 12.21. You were missed. Have fun xxx

Stupid Santa I got nominated to "be Santa" as work today.
As they couldnt offer me a false beard I just sulked and ate cake instead.
Mmmm...cake.
Anywho...I've only ever met two NZ women and one is wonderful and the other is a penny pinching misery guts. I suggest arming yourself with some max-dose HRT and a big pointy stick. If that fails, a really angry stoat in your shirt pocket that you can release speedily at short notice is a must-have. They go straight for the jugular. Frisky little blighters.
love Sx
Christmas Pressie Claire, Have attempted to put money in your bank account for Christmas. More may follow from Granny and Grandad. Merry Christmas from us all!
Greetings from Cov Yodeho Chiquitas - glad to hear you are enjoying the delights of KL. Have got as near to that place as 30,000ft when I flew over on my way to Oz. Had our Xmas meal here this weekend - crazy hot curry and very strange desserts - tinned fruit cocktail (complete with very red cherries) does not pass as "Mixed Tropical Fruit in Mango Sauce"!! Take care my lovelies - and a special message for Claire - Pauly G is going to be leader at camp again. Oooo and going to meet Evi in Feb - going to Greece for 10 days hol. Peace out Kazmond xXx
Tea! Wow, no matter how ace a time I'm having, a good cup o' brew makes everything seem rosier! Am infinitely jealous still but I can console myself knowing that I have the best christmas tree in the world!!!! Muhahahaha.... it was "acquired" (by a wayward aussie housemate) and its like 7ft high and 4ft wide and is the prettiest thing ever ever ever. Ever. Its the christmas tree of my dreams. So happy! Anyway...ahem. Did you hear about that oil plant exploding in Hemel Hempstead? Apparently the bang was heard in Holland. Howge. Keep on keeping on my lovelies- hope your adventures to come are as ace as the ones you've had already! Lots of love, S xxxx
kartoffel suppe hallo my intrepid wallabies, wow it sounds as good as a very good thing. I've just returned from the deutsch lando so i'm trying to skive. Keep the mountain adventures up, and make sure marc doesn't get blown away.
Dave

Probably around Mt Cook for Xmas and Queenstown for New year...something like that anyway. lemme know! Take it easy guys! Simon
Surely you knew it always rains in Thailand in Dec Should have gone to Bognor, no mozzies there either.Keep having a good time.
Marc has been falling off his bed since he was three years old!
Snarf Hello you two lovelies, sounds like you are having a brilliant time- I hope I can follow in your footsteps before I need some kind of fake hip! All here in Coventry is fine but dull, build up to Christ-what-a-pain-in-the-ass-Mas is tiresome to say the least. Those natural springs sound amazing- just the kind of place I'd want to spend Christmas and then never want to leave. I hope you continue to have the best time- that bar does sound like ace-heaven! Btw, I've managed to get a recording of Coldplay-Fix You from Glasto- will email it to you both if I can soon- a teeny piece of home for my two favourite vagabonds ;-) Love Sarah xxx
Google Hi guys... my first comment, but I've read every entry! Sounds like you're having a great time. Thought you'd like to know that if you type 'claireandmarc' into google, you're the first hit. Ace!
Has Claire got writer's block or something? Keep up the good work Marc.
Take care, Tim
Hailing from the sunny village of Coventry, England, 23 year old Marc & Claire hatched a cunning plan in the summer of 2004. Twas plan so cunning in fact you could literally brush your teeth with it: To conquer the world via the medium of travel! It then took about a year to actually do anything about organising it (boo to the "o" word), but now Leeds uni maths graduate Marc, and Swansea uni geography graduate Claire, ask you to come hither to their blog of comedy events through India, Asia and finally New Zealand. We salute your coming to visit our photos and anecdotes. In addition this blog ... full info
