Miss you I remember all the drought and dried up corn still on the stalks. So glad you're heading home now. We have all missed you so much. Just not the same without you. We're in Florida for close to 3 weeks and will be home around the 17th. We're looking forward to seeing you!!! Love, Bruce & Linda
Happy Ending What an amazing trip it has been for not only you but those of us on the blog! How thankful Karl and I are to be included on your venture. Have a good visit with family. Perhaps you might be able to send us a picture or two of them, especially your Mother, Marge, at some point in time when you've arrived home and had time to regroup. Thanks again for this awsome experience to "travel with you". Be safe, be joyful, and enjoy incredible memories!!! Love,
Nancy
Au Revoir... Or awwww, reservoir.... Enjoyed all the wonderful pics... Boy this site is really out there in the open! Looks like you're the only ones in the park! Safe travels, good visits with family, and come home, so this place can start feeling back to normal! We miss the heck out of you!
Welcome back home. Well, almost. What a wonderful experience you have afforded your readers. We've seen pictures of
places we've never been and were envious of all that good seafood you ate on the Coast.
Hope family is well. See you soon.
Welcome Home Almost I hope Marge is feeling better by now. It does take a few days to adjust from those elevations not to mention the heat and humidity. If I counted correctly there have been 66 travelblogs and I have enjoyed each one of them very much. Thank You for those updates and beautiful pictures along the way. Enjoy the rest of the trip! 73
What? No critters? You tease me...Pikas, marmots, ptarmigans and bighorn sheep...come on! Really? Okay, the views are fabulous, indescribable, really...and you two look great, though chilly, and I know you're having the time of your life, but really, guys...a few critters would be nice...Just sayin...
Neat church! A really beautiful church and setting. But no mega churches for me! I like our intimate, smaller setting. Glad you guys had such a great time today!
Ah, more memories Now you are hitting some special areas of more memories for me. We "accidently" ended up camping among all the cowboys & cowgirls readying for the big Cheyenne Rodeo, which we attended. The kids NEVER forgot that trip. Going to sleep w/the smell of the campfires & the singing & the guitars strumming. Laramie, another memory.
Awwww, he's cute! Thanks so much for my furry friend! He'd ooh good in your yard, don't you think. ALong with the giraffe and the red moose! Throw him on the roof of the trailer! By the way, Lincoln is a lot taller than I thought...
Great train ride! Ed and I love train rides and would have loved to be with you on yours! We are glad that your real ride has turned toward home, but I bet there are still more fun things to do and see. We just have to be patient for your return! Miss you...
Exciting times I loved your description of the robbery, laughing at the idea of W and his glock landing a good one into one of the robbers! That would sure have put a halt to the merriment...
Lovely! What a gorgeous site, with a water view. Are you sure you want to come home to Clayton? The views are nothing like that...at least from your site...
Wow...lots neat pics! Wow, some different terrain than that in which you spent the last few weeks. I'm always amazed at the vastly different types of scenery within our national boundaries. And it must make all that history come alive for you out there! Massacres!! Wow!
Accept a big word of thanks for taking the time out of your involved travel schedule to send Karl and me an anniverary card, along with a personal note. That was well beyond the call of duty to extend these wishes to us when you are so-o far from home. How much we appreciate your thoughtfulness!! We are so much enjoying your memorable trip by reading your fascinating commentaries, complete with beautiful pictures. You are the ultimate travel guides!!! Wishing you safety as you head east to GA.
Brothers and Sisters, unite! Okay, on to Uncles and Aunts, I guess... Love trlr pics! Did you remember your horse? I like the idea of Antelope in your yard. You may need them to get rid of all the weeds....
