You mean you didn't even try to go down the ski jump? ha ha. It does make you wonder why anyone would do that. But then, why would anyone want to walk across the grand canyon on a wire? Marv and I skied Park City several times and, yes, it is a fun place.
All new to me... Wow! You could break your neck on those jumps! I agree...no nerve here, even imagining them makes me quiver!
SLC has sure changed since I was there in 1967!
Beautiful city. We were there in the winter. Marge, found a white soup tureen in our Care and Share shop. I remember that you were looking for one. Would you like me to get it for you?
Beauty Beyond Description Sights the eyes behold, but to find the correct words for such beauty, must be hard. So breathtaking. I can even "feel' the cleanliness you mentioned. Both of you sure do not appear "worn out". What a trip. You are envied.
Looks great! Nice view of SLC and also looks like a really nice campground. Heat index here in Houston is 103 degrees today. Timed your travel through Texas just right before this heat wave hit. I'm sure the temps are very nice there. Have fun!
Fascinating Trip Thank you for taking us along on this fascinating trip. The big difference is that we get to enjoy it all from the comforts of our home while you do all the "work" involved in traveling. The commentary, including the pictures, is most informative, entertaining, and interesting. Your postcard arrived today, another consideration you have for us couch potatoes!
Wow! I didn't know you could see mtns from SLC! You have a great view from your campsite! I was surprised! It's not what I pictured at all. Thanks for more pics of site this time...I like that! How about some 'interior' shots, too? You know, Marge in the kitchen, you puttering, stuff like that? I miss seeing you guys!
Love the Hoodoos So I learned something new...what a hoodoo is...They're like great, giant stalagmites...not wet, not in a cave, but nonetheless...
Those cute little prairie dogs are adorable...as long as they're not in MY back yard! They'd have a great time dancing with the squirrels!
Beautiful Pics! You guys are having way too much fun! The scenery is beautiful. Thank you for the postcard and for thinking of us. Wish we were there! :)
