Jammy Buggers! Hi Dad/cherry. My god, it sounds like you had a fabulous christmas! Chilling by the pool on christmas day, lush! Bev says hi, she is starting to get a little bit of a bump now, she keeps doing stuff like shopping and says the baby is telling her to do it!! Lol. It was really nice of you to phone on christmas day, it really made my christmas! We are going out with linda and russell tonite to there local club, that should be good. then to a house party after, depending if bev feels up to it. The spare room is slowly turning into a nursery, should be nice when it is finished. I would love to have seen the wildlife around the barrier reef, the fish I saw in egypt were stunning, but I bet it wasnt a patch on your trip! Dont forget to keep up with your blogs, and I will email you soon. We both cant wait to see you when you get home. Love to you both, have fun!

Christmas Hi there!
Lovely to see you all enjoying yourselves on Christmas Day with Santa in the background- he gets around!! Had a nice day at home but Jonathan now has scarlet fever. Been for coffee with Eiry today and going to Old Inn tonight for a drink! Have a 'Happy New Year' - I wonder where you'll be for that?!
love from us all xxx
Greetings Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from all of us. We are having a lovely time here at home. Glad to hear you are too. It all sounds fantastic. Our first Christmas with Josh - he has been an absolute star. Not much news around here. Have started riding my bike again in readiness for skiing. I hope it works as well as it did last year!!! Love to all.
Seasons Greetings. Your mention of Cairns brought back happy memories of when Jack and I visited there in 2003. We hired bikes to get round the resort. Have you been to the Great Barrieer reef yet and to Port Douglas and Karunda the aboriginee village? Everyone OK at this end just having a chill out day after yesterday. I will wish you a happy new year now as we are away to the The Yorkshire Dales on Friday for a week so will conract you on our return. Love and best wishes, Maureen Jim and Jack.xxxx
Merry Christmas Hi G and C
Sue and I wish you a Merry Christmas. Its 7-00am Christmas day and I am waiting for Young Rhys to get up and open his presents. I cant get my head round the time zones but I reckon you will have your Turkey by now. The cold snapwe have had has now disappeared and we are heading for a warm wet spell acording to the weather man. With a bit of luck we will see John this Christmas as on his last trip home both Sue and I had the flu. Guess you must be having problems with computers down there as the last blog was End of NZ. Rhys has just landed on my lap so I will go and have to open presents now. So once again Merry Christmas - Mike and Sue

Still Going Strong Hi you two. You certainly are making the most of this trip. A question - What is the Shotover Jet and what did it do. I quite like the idea of beer tasting but am not sure about the paragliding. Just to make you homesick its blowing a gale here and p*****g it down.
Ahh I hear your despair at missing such weather well you will jet off and suffer in the name of progress.
Back to earth now, on Saturday its Andys silver wedding bash. A big gathering is happening at the Old Barn in Whiston. Kev and Zoe are coming up from Stamford and Joe, Owen and Rhys are coming from South Wales. The latter are stopping until after Christmas and the little one is teething. It will be great to have them but I see some disturbed nights ahead.
Well by for now hope you are enjoying Aus. Oh by the way can I put some of your photos on my web site I thought it might add a bit of interest. If you prefer it that I don’t just say so I would quite understand.
Love to you both Mike and Sue (I keep forgetting to add Sue “she not happy”)
Gooday Mates Hope you are enjoying Australia ...... you already have some wonderful memories to look back on.
We enjoyed 3 wonderful weeks with our little Gwyn out there.
Back to normal now and back to the chilly and wet Welsh weather .... I think it has rained every day since we've been back!!
Getting ready for Christmas here, so sending you wishes for a happy one.
Carry on enjoying the travelling .... you lucky people.
Lots of love xxx

Sunday! Hello all, sounds as if all is going well you lucky people! I am out of breath just reading about your travels! Home here weather is crap, loads of heavy rain and terrific wind, nothing to do except put up the decs, which Dai did yesterday while I went to Swansea! Dai has started his Christmas doos in Cleddau Bridge, Jonathan went with him last night to do magic and card tricks around the tables before they had their meal - he loved it!! Iwent to Scolton Manor with year ones on Friday and the Christmas Fayre was on that night seemed to go well. Well am off now to get dressed ( well, it is Sunday!!) and brave the storm to go to Tesco for something for dinner- and the Sunday papers, Dai is going to light the fire in the dining room. Oh, just remembered! the police rang here yesterday I had petrol from Ridgeway and forgot to pay for it, Dai was not pleased!!!!
Earth Tremor!!! You forget about the disadvantageous of New Zealands South Island. I believe is one of the most active volcanic islands in the world so prepare for more tremors. It makes Sheffield feel safe. However you still seem to be enjoying yourself. Missed the pic’s but I remember from what Jo and Owen said some of the computers were not up to standard. I trust both of you will continue to enjoy the adventure. Me I am full of cold or flu or something. We should have seen John and Linda this weekend for a meal but had to call it off due to the bug that both me and Sue have. With a bit of luck we will get to see them before John goes back to Spain on Sunday. Anyhow as I have said continue to enjoy, love to you both. - Mike
Hi Auntie Cher ans Uncle Geoff, sounds like you are having the, most fantastic time. I have a car, a purple ford Ka and its just amazing, but other drivers really frighten me, especially the crazy ones around Plymouth city centre, but I am going everyday and getting confidence. I am rather looking forward to xmas, we have our trees up already!!! and we have all fingers crossed that we will have sold the pub and out by the 28th Dec, so we can have new year at home with the gang, its looking good so far. and then our new house will be ready to move in on the 7th Jan, so busy!!! You take care,
Love You Lou xxxxxxxxxxx
Hello from a wet and windy Pembrokeshire - worse weather to come later!
Your great adventure all sounds fantastic. Everything you hoped it would be. The views are stunning and the whales and dolphins are always special.
We have just returned from a week up with Michael and Kirstie. We paid a visit to the Terracotta Army at the British Museum (think you should go to China on your way home) and King Tut at the O2 arena. All very impressive but I think your way of seeing things is better. We stopped off in Cardiff to see "The Producers" at the WMC and met Richard for a meal afterwards. The show was very funny and well worth seeing.
Tomorrow is the Christmas Miscellany in Neyland so will miss you for that this year.
We are going to Nant-y-Coy for a Dickensian afternoon/evening later. Gruel and pauper's pie are on the menu.
Special message from Rob to Roger - hope you haven't spent all of the £10 spending money that you hoped would last the trip.
Special message from Rob to Linda - don't lend him any money as you will never see it again.
Much love to all
R and V
