You're One Lucky Young Lady!! Shelly, what a BREATHTAKING series of experiences! And it's obvious you are enjoying every one of them! We can only imagine what you're feeling right now, quite a wonderful "natural high," we suspect!
The pics are incredibly beautiful; you do have a keen eye for capturing the stunning beauty of the land through the eye of the camera. Colors are magnificent as well! Pink Sunset, being one of my favorites...as well as the mirror-like reflection of snow capped mtns in the lake, gorgeous!

Shelly, you are one TOUGH CHICK! It has been so neat to read this travel journal of yours throughout your journey or should I say, experience? I am glad you are happy/healthy and having probably the most memorable time of your life. : ) It's a bummer you won't be in town when I come to FL, but you are embarking on the world right now and can see me later! :) Soak it all up, taking it all in.
I am praying for you like crazy.
I LOVE YOU,
Lauryn :)

You say Te Papa, I say Te Mama hey shelly
its cool to see your pictures from Te Papa and then remember when, only a few weeks ago, we were viewing pictures of Te Papa on the internet and you were so excited to go. Hope it met your expectations, it looks awesome.
"The Sea Inside" sounds interesting and can't wait for a chance to view it. I'm close to finishing Love In the Time of Cholera, I know you'll love it.
It seems as though you're soaking up all that you can in NZea and that makes me happy.
Mary boarded a plane headed for the other side of the country today, while you are in the future on the other side of the planet. I'm just hanging out in the middle, ha.
Love you and miss you,
Carynn
