Ehipassiko
I would like to add Shuh Yong's comment, as the Buddha said "Ehipassiko" it means, "Come and See" so everyone can prove it by their own practise. It is not easy to penetrate the Dhamma, only by diligent practise, you may see what is Dukkha (suffering), Anicca (impermanence), Anatta (without self). Be Good, Be Happy and Be Mindful :)

Very short 4 days of Meditation retreat has passed. On Behalf of PSMCI, I would like to express our gratitute to your great participation. This retreat is the most successful in this centre history. We have to admit that the facility in the centre may not be sufficient enough to meet the Yogis needs. The committee is trying to do our best and improve to support yogis. We hope you could still benefit from the clear understanding the state of mind from meditation practice and bring home the practice too. To improve the centre for yogis please feel free to give us any suggestions. May you and your family be well and happy.

Meaningful Day
What makes life meaningful? If we appreciate each and every moment in life, living fullest everyday with sincere heart and being mindful- you will feel the happiness in you. I appreciate each and everyday I have in Australia, instead of citizenship, I aim for my PR status at the moment (which seems "difficult" at the moment). I wish to attend the same ceremony in near future and could feel what you felt too. CONGRATULATIONS! (thanks for the snapshot- good take!)

Interesting concept "Three Fold Imperative"!
Hi Lorenza, You told me that gardening is your way of doing meditation. By seeing the "harvest" in your photos, I can feel it so much. You are not only mindful, I can see your good EFFORT and ENERGY too. "Three Fold Imperative" come in the right time, which is also part of the concept in"Kitchen Garden", being promoted in Aussie Education now. Life can be very simple, basic and healthy by applying 3Fold Imperative- afterall, our needs are easy to fullfill. I have attended one of the good speaker- Dr Rosemary Stanton's speech about Healthy Food. Her speech inspired me so much and she is promoting the same concept too! CHEER :)

Good Snapshot- The BOSS
Good snapshots especially THE BOSS's photo. We can see her seriousness and mindfulness at "work". I miss the food fair, was attending my block mode "marathon hours (9am to 5pm)" of class lesson on Saturday and Sunday last week. Glad you were there and be the onsite reporter.....haa.....CHEER!

I learnt the "killi killi" comment from some Filippino folks I work with, they only tell me bad things to say in Tagalog! BTW, my wife's uncle lives in the Philippines. He is part owner of a resort called "San Roque Beach Resort" on the lake at Tagaytay. We have never visited, but will one day, especially after seeing your photos of the area. Take care

We're in stitches!
That "kili kili" line really drew some laughter here. We enjoyed reading your blog. We wonder where you learned that line. Lol. And btw, that photo in the pool under the bridge looks really cool.

Blessing and Thankful....
Rob, I share the same thought - we are so lucky and blessed, to be born in this generation. Though I miss the BIG DAY, but I could feel it from your "expression" and snapshots in this creative writting. 3-days of meditation would be a good start and I'm sure you will benefit more if you explore further....Cheer! Keep up your meditation practice!!!! Thanks for the good sharing.

thailand redeemed
hi! interesting story on a cab driver in thailand. here in the philippines, you may also encounter such cab drivers who will also try to charge you through a "contract" (we call it "pakyaw" - literally means buy the whole thing). glad to hear you met nice local people at the airport.
