Hi, You join me at the town of Agnes Water, just outside 1770 - the first place in Queensland to be stopped at by Captain Cook upon discovering Australia. 1770 itself is home to about 80 permanent residents and about 120 houses. It is very beatiful, but very small. Agnes Water is slightly bigger, set on a main road with a post office, petrol station, bakery and mini market etc. So, the last big thing we've done since i last wrote is Fraser Island! We caught a ferry accross and about 30 of us bundled onto a 4 wheel drive with a crazy driver called Rob. The beginning of the trip was immense fun as the island is purely made of sand so the roads are quite hairy in places!! Tres bumpy. On the first day
