Port Lincoln Sight seeing morning. We packed up early and departed the Port Lincoln National Park at 0920hrs, rain stopped and sun peaking through the clouds, however all was very damp. Breakfast in Port Lincoln, a large P&O cruise ship in the dock, towns people excited, businesses busy and the tuna industry on show. Top up of supplies and off west. First stop Coffin Bay at 1324hrs, four wheel drive heaven, sand dunes and oysters. A very small community. We stopped at the interesting Sheringa Store for a look and bought some oysters. Sheringa was a small township, approximately 2-3 buildings, surrounded by pastoral properties close to beach. Refuelled at Elliston 1615hrs, 115c/l, temperature 17 degrees celsius. Elliston is on the shores of Waterloo Bay. Matthew Flinders sailed passed the bay in 1802. On land Edward
