Oh My! What beautiful pictures. Great day for the two of you.Hope you had the Belgium fries at the Belfrey Tower with Mayo the best!!! I know the chocolate shops are amazing, can't decide what to get.Enjoy your time in Brugge!
I’m in love with Belgium. Chocolates, candy, waffles, and beer served in a Skull mug, what could be better! Dee- we always said you were the empress and now know it to be true! The decor at the restaurant is quite interesting and makes for good conversation. Have fun and watch out for bikes. ?
OMG right above a gelato and Belgium waffle shop, I’d be there morning, noon, and night!!! It looks fabulous. Love the modern mid century apartment, so nice. Brugge looks fabulous and being so close to everything is a nice perk. I’m excited to see the sights of Belgium. ???
You've arrived at one of my favorite cities! It's so charming. The people are very friendly you will find. Food is amazing. The apartment looks gorgeous very modern. Dee is a Happy Camper. Have a great time in Brugge!!!
I felt like I was in Willy Wonka’s fun house looking at those very cool buildings. Glad the weather on your last day was better. Have a safe flight to Belgium, looking forward to the next journey.
Wow look at all those cheeses! Yum. The market is beautiful with all those colors. Jeni I agree with you about the sausage pic I was also expecting a funny photo.... It is so nice to meet interesting people and share different cultures and traditions.
What interesting buildings! So glad you finally had good weather. When I bowl I don't look like that, haha. You will enjoy Brugge I love it there. See you both soon.XOXO
Love seeing the market and how fresh and colorful it looked. Just wondering how you two keep a straight face when the brats an schnitzels come to the table, I was expecting a fun photo with those. ? happy to see the sun was out and it warmed slightly. Stay warm.
such clean, quaint streets. almond wine sounds divine, and as always your meals do not let us down... the photo of the penis....well...some sort of a piece of art in itself!!
...Feel the Warmth However You Get To.... love the photos of the Markets and again wishing more of that here locally.. as always making new friends and creating memories to last your lifetime... may your final days continue to be filled with sunshine. Loved seeing the fresh pussy willows..(they used to grow on our property in Springville)
The palaces of Belvedere are gorgeous. I could stand just look at the palaces and garden all day, well maybe not in 30 degree weather. The art work is stunning and I’m trying to figure out the statue that is plucking nose hair and showing off their anus??? We’re you supposed to “pluck” there as well? Love the photo of you Dee at the apartment, just beautiful! Stay warm.
Such Sadness, but such beauty of memorial... History needs to be reflected upon and always reminded of how and why we are today.... thanks for sharing such a heartbreaking sight,,,,
So glad that the weather didn't keep you down yet another day. The photos I am sure do not hold justice to such sights!! Dee you tickle me silly, always having the men memorized in you presence... always a lady :) ps... florida has been chilly as well....
"OH the Sites We Do See...." What an impressive day... realizing you can still speak the language (after just a few years..) Dining at a location you did 50yrs earlier... wonderful it is still in business, food sounds and looks amazing....Stay Warm, and Florida Misses You Both Also...
