Australia is diverse
One would not think Australia has so much diversity to offer but it does and you've certainly captured it well. Thanks again.

Beautiful photos
Loved the pink lake and the glorious flower photos, and the hungry baby birds, am so glad you are having such an interesting trip, I'm so enjoying it! I have a new great-grandson Liam Jacob, his mum is Chinese , so a beautiful babe, but then all babies are beautiful aren't they?

Thanks again for the memories
I spent a year living and barmaiding in Kal - travelling barmaid - the Kookynie tavern was a great place to work on a sunday. Did you get to the Broad Arrow Tavern?

Outback Pubs
We were in koo mid week. Saw one old lady doing some gardening around the old shops which are now her residence. There was a noisy dog to greet anyone who opened the pub door. They want to be known like a Daly Waters in NT, but miss by 100 miles. If they developed that atmosphere, travellers would drop in. Mind you, we are really travelling here a month after the tourist trade drops off, so maybe I shouldn't be too harsh.

Left to rust

Bringing back memories
I love reading your blogs from WA. It brings back fond memories from the trip I made there. I went to Norseman then but I see that there are several other places well worth visiting that I didn't go to. Rusty trucks always make great pictures, don't they? /Ake

Memories
Rusty trucks, cars and farm sheds etc all have strong nostalgic power, particularly those who remember the same vehicles from their child hood, or maybe there first vehicle. Glad you are enjoying the journey. Rob

Outback WA
This is a very big back yard, but full of surprises every day. I hope you get the chance to spend time here. Getting rather warm now as spring heats up - despite the frozen look!

Another Rob special
Interesting stuff found in the backblocks. Isolated for those living in these areas. Costly to get food and supplies in too. Good photo shoot.
