It's actually "Chinese English". Been years that those Chinglish signs, tags,advertisings, posters, menus or something like that pretty much entertained lots tourists, it even became a real joyful activity to learn those Chinglish things. Ppl never blame or deride those who don't get English right, it's fully understandable those non-native English sperkers geniusly created different style "English" for we don't always have enough native speakers to practice with. However that's real funny. Not only Chinese, this kind of local style "English" is universal. Ppl also named the Japanese style English category as "Engrish".
