Yea! This blog came through nice and clear. Great description of your day. When we took the Road to Hana several years ago, it was much improved from the first time we took it. If the foliage wasn't there, you'd see that the road is lar
gely carved on a cliff with ~500 above you and ~500 feet to the ocean below. It's better to have the foliage to obscure that type of view considering how narrow it is. Actually, we thought that the Hana Road was very nice compared to the Kahekili Hwy on the northwest part of Maui from Kapalua to Kahului - that was a honk-at-the-corners and back-up-to-yield-to-the-vehicle-coming-uphill experience. We didn't find it that scenic; that one we definitely won't do again. :)

Ah, you are on "Hawaiian time." Tough, isn't it? Wen and I always have a half papaya with fresh squeezed lime juice on them for breakfast. The papayas in Hawaii are always so much better than the ones here on the mainland - must be the am
biance (but could be not harvesting early). Anyway, please have this treat for us.

Tom, we have the converter and left it in Colorado. Went to Office Max and Radio Shack here to find one. Radio Shack had it but not. For a 30 pin I pad. :-(

Thank you so much! As you know it is a struggle to keep up when doing so many wonderful things. I have some great photos for these last few days but the ship's internet is too slow for uploading. :-( I'll post them as soon as I have good co
