Fantastic pictures! I was so caught up in the moment I forgot to take some! Well worth the cost to see these magestic creatures, I hope they will be saved.
Amazing - and worth every cent WOW x 1000! What a great blog and timely. I was discussing putting an experience such as yours in context by comparing a dream experience to going to 7 concerts over your lifetime. Beautifully written and very informative - I had no idea about the plight of the golden monkey - thank you!
VEry nice pictures ! HEllo, your picture look very nice, the food look delicious ! From where did you get the oyster as I thought that in Malta they did not grow them. Was it in a restaurant or in a market or shop ?
thks a lot !
Dreaming in time Gus, i have had the opportunity to go to Kakadu, and wondered in amazement with a stare across the plains to Arnhem land. Thank you for reinforcing my thoughts on what is a beautiful place made up of beautiful people. We have so much to learn from these gifted people.
Unreal Gesine Many thanks for including me in your updated travels, i thought i may have missed out on some of your wonderful blog entries. Gus you are keeping my dream alive, with these extracts, just love em. Hope this finds you well, Pete
Wondeful photo"s My Grandmother used to sing me a little silly song about The Dardanelles when I was small, I"m now 64 and always wondered what the Dardenelles where, now I know
Trip to Iran Nice site; great pictures. I went on the same route as you in 2009 and then went to Yazd, Isfahan and Tehran. 8 of us in a group but only me (English) and 2 Americans were fingerprinted. Ozzies and kiwis were not. What did you think of the people? I found them so very very friendly and generous. Waves, greetings, bear hugs, bread, apples and fruit.
monster meal picture I would love to know the name of the restuarant you were eating at that had the turkey breast. I will be in salzburg early next year. I loved looking at all of your pictures. Thanks
