At the moment, I can't remember what year I moved.... .I just know it was the last week of January and it was a mild winter. Springfield is easy to drive in, an inexpensive place to live in a nice home, and fantastic employment opportunities await those interested in working. Springfield is a clean town, not too big, not too little, and the residents are, in my opinion, almost always friendly! Geo: 47.6777, -116.78I spent the week of Christmas this year in the beautiful valley of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho snow skiing, getting bruised to pieces, eating Christmas cookies with a friends fantastic family, and skiing some more. Geo: 33.3437, -118.322I worked for Catalina Island Marine Institute or CIMI summers 1991 and 1993 as a camp counselor for children attending a sea camp ~ kayak, snorkeling, SCUBA, science class, etc. It was my first snorkeling experience, my first time living on an island, and my first wide-eye view of lots of West Coast people. I learned a lot, saw a lot, and realized a lot.
