I am from Woodinville a city just outside of Seattle. I love to be in the outdoors especially running which I have been doing competitvly for over 13 years. I also like to bike, read, hike, watch movies, travel of course, and eat and cook good food.

After spending two more weeks in Barcelona I today moved on to Greece. The last two weeks were full of good times and good people. I am sad to be leaving what I consider one of the best cities in the world, but at the same time ready to move in my travels because in a way I wasn't really traveling much in Barcelona. Rather I was getting back in a routine of life. Working every morning at the hostel for 3-4 hours to get free rent, making a big lunch after working, running and reading, and going out at night for drinks with friends. Today I finally left Barcelona after being there for just over two weeks. What was supposed to have been a two day stopover somehow ended up being a two week one. Having stayed up the last couple of nights really late, one night even being until 7:30 in the morning I was feeling very exhausted in the airport and on the plane. I was drifting in and out of sleep everywhere I sat, even at one point thinking my plane had left because I turned around when I woke up and the noticed that the sign at the gate had changed.
