I walked along Highway No. 32 and saw many Thai ethnic minority families are making "Cốm" (green young sticky rice) like this.

The town is right in the middle of the way from Mù Cang Chải to Nghĩa Lộ. It has beautiful landscape of rice fields. Most people living there are Thai ethnic minority people.

Wow, what a long holiday you had. Thank you for all the beautiful scenery of this section of Vietnam just before harvesting. I like terraced rice fields the most, reminds me of Bali. Great write up.
