My lower back is killing me this morning and I cant bend down at all so definitely no work today. Jai has had a dodgy knee for quite a few year and it plays up when she carries anything heavy and that is hurting her today. Between us we are in a sorry state.
I walk along the road a bit and phone mum late afternoon whilst Jai gives the asparagus in the back garden a trim.
