Wake at 05:30 for a cuppa tea and for Jai to make the day's rice. Veg is looking so good that Jai cuts quite a lot of cabbage and lettuce and we put it for sale on our neighbour Ang's table outside her house. It is snapped up. We ride into Phon Thong for some shopping to restock the cupboards. Check in with George & Wan and discover that there are a few parties planned around the villages for the New Year to which we are invited. Leave all of the planning etc to the ladies and just wait to be told when and where we are going somewhere. Leave with a few more plants to fill the space where the squash plants were. Discover that Jai's daughter visited whilst we were away knowling that we wouldnt be here. We are obviously still very popular with her !!
