Just about managed to get the days rice steamed before the gas cylinder gave out. Had to cook breakfast in an electric wok from our Chiangmai days.
I head into Phon Thong stopping to order a gas cylinder to be delivered en-route.
On return I get rid of all of the dragonfruit from the garden. When I first planted them they were something different and they have thrived. This year they produced quite a bit of fruit. ONly problem is on our current schedule they are going to flower and fruit each year whilst we are still in England. They take up a lot of room in the garden and most of the year dont look good. All of the wooden supports needed changing so down they have come.
Jai bakes a couple of cakes to keep us going.
Pop next door to get a few coconuts so that Jai can cook a curry for tonight. Tom's 'rabbit' comes into use again.
